Subsidised public task

By resolution No. 2212/IV/12 of 8 May 2012, the Management Board of Lower Silesia Region determined the result of an open competitive bid for fulfilment of public tasks of Lower Silesia Region within the scope of activities supporting economic growth, including entrepreneurship development in 2012. Within the bid, the Lower Silesian Innovation and Science Park received a subsidy of PLN 76,710.00 for fulfilment of the task, called: "Development of cooperation and improvement of the competence of the CINNOMATECH Cluster to enhance innovation of Lower Silesia”.

Fulfilment period: 1 June 2012 to 15 December 2012

It is planned to carry out the following stages within the project:
1. Information and promotional measures, as well as development of activities of the Cluster of Innovative Manufacturing Technologies (CINNOMATECH)
2. Development of the platform for exchange of spare production capacity
3. Entering into cooperation as well as exchange of experience and knowledge
4. Intensification of cooperation within the CINNOMATECH Cluster
5. Project Management

Fulfilment of the task will make it possible to:
a) develop the website and print promotional materials (roll-up) concerning the CINNOMATECH cluster
b) enter into cooperation with clusters from other regions of Poland
c) promote the CINNOMATECH Cluster at the International AMB Fair in Stuttgart
d) stimulate development of an established cooperation network through continued monitoring of needs, on-going and planned actions, exchange of information on sources for acquiring funds for innovative projects, dissemination and promotion of benefits from mutual cooperation and promotion of the CINNOMATECH Cluster’s advantages among Polish and foreign partners
e) organise trainings for members of the Cluster to achieve a proper level of confidence and cooperation between members of the cluster (training in cooperation and integration in the cluster, training related to Lean Supply Chain, so-called Lean Manufacturing concept)
f) develop the platform for exchange of production capacity in order to enable members of the cluster to exploit their own resources more fully, and if necessary (lack of proper equipment or capacity deficiency) to use work stations in partner manufacturing plants
g) update the map of competences of the Cluster members
