AIBA Conference Day One: New Software Development Direction

First day of AIBA conference: not the last act, but a new software development director.
As the Main Business Path Partner, we were privileged to participate in a panel that tried to answer the question:
Does artificial intelligence prepare the "last act" of software development?

This is an enticing metaphor — a code that is written by itself, and the programmer becomes a model curator.
But reality is more complex.

AI does not finish software history. She changes the script — from hand-writing code to responsibility engineering: managing context, safety and generation quality.

Data from the DORA 2025 report show that companies that implemented code assistants without mature CI/CD processes and tests had more production errors and vulnerability.
AI accelerates, but without control – only faster introduces chaos.

Therefore, new practices become crucial: GenAIops, Human-in-the-Loop Government, models audit trail and validation of code and data origin.
This is not the last act, but a new direction — in which man does not disappear, but gains a new role: the architect of responsibility.

AI-native software is not the end of programming, but the beginning of an era where the question is no longer "will AI replace the programmer?", but:
“Will the developer understand how to manage AI before AI understands how to manage it?”

Together we help companies develop competences, implement standards of ethical use of AI and build a trust architecture in the digital economy era.
