This is a direction where AI ceases to be just a tool for generating responses, and starts acting as a system capable of maintaining context, ordering multi-stage work and delivering the result over time.

The concept of industrial venture layer is becoming clearer: a layer where AI technologies do not end in a demonstration but pass through a validation, integration and real implementation environment in the economy.

Benchmarking of clusters The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development 2024 and ongoing in MRiT work on the future model of the Polish start-up ecosystem shows increasingly clearly that clusters cease to be solely collaborative platforms and become accelerators of innovation, the environment of validation and integration of start-ups with the economy. It is this layer that we describe as industrial venture layer.

The Association of Employers for the Green Business Responsibility Initiative (IZOB) — as an industrial venture layer component — also plays an important role in establishing the technologies implemented in the logic of the circular economy, operational responsibility and real transformation of businesses.
