Cooperation systems for security and critical infrastructure

Security, resilience of critical infrastructure and the development of strategic technologies today require not single initiatives, but efficient cooperation ecosystems that can combine science, industry, public partners and end-users.

For cluster environments, this means real responsibility for organising cooperation around technologies that must not only arise but also pass through testing, validation and preparation for implementation. This is where the role of mature economic and scientific ecosystems, including the National Key Clusters, becomes increasingly important.

Gdańsk showed not only ambition on March 30, but also a practical model of action — less declarations, more environments where technologies can actually be tested, validated and prepared for implementation.

Therefore, it is worth looking at initiatives such as NATO DIANA Living Lab in Gdańsk more broadly: as an element of building resilience and technological sovereignty, not just a single event.
