INNOMATECH-BCU letter of intent in Wałbrzych

During the conference on Motorization Transformation – Impact on road safety and environmental safety in Wałbrzych, a letter of intention was signed about cooperation between the Industry Skills Centre in Mechatronics in the School Complex No. 5. M.T. Hubera in Wałbrzych and the National Key Cluster of Innovative Manufacturing Technologies (Cinnomatech).

This is an important step towards closer cooperation between industry, industry education, an expert environment and a system for developing competences.

The agreement covers four key areas:
Development of competences and training of staff,
identification and forecasting of competence needs in the metal-machine industry,
Knowledge transfer between education, labour market institutions and businesses
R & D and innovation cooperation.

For the Innovation Technology Cluster Association in Manufacturing (Cinnomatech), it is particularly important that cooperation with the Industry Skills Centre in Wałbrzych strengthens the practical link between education and the needs of modern industry, including mechatronics, automation, electromobility, energy efficiency and green-digit transformation of companies.

An important reference point for this cooperation remains the Sectoral Competency Council of the Metal Machine Industry. Its achievements and recommendations can support better recognition of the sector's competence needs, consultation of education and training programmes and design of activities that respond to the real challenges of companies.

An important complement to this is also the cooperation of the cluster environment with the initiative of the Association of Employers of the Green Business Responsibility Initiative (IZOB), which brings to the ecosystem the prospect of practical preparation of companies for challenges related to GOZ, ESG and resource efficiency.

The letter's signature forms part of a cluster approach to capacity building and implementation for industry. In the Cinnomatech National Key Cluster, we treat these activities as the origin of the Net Zero Valley approach for industry — not as one formally closed project, but as an environment that combines diagnosis, simulation, decision, competence, implementation and scaling of solutions among member companies and contributors.

In this model, competence is not an addition to transformation. They're her condition.

Therefore, cooperation with BCU in Wałbrzych is not only educational, but also sectoral, implementation and system-based.

Together we want to strengthen staff, develop innovation and build practical facilities for the industry of the future.
