Association strategy in the BCC

The Association of Employers of the Green Business Responsibility Initiative (IZOB) — together with the Union of Employers Business Centre Club (project leader) has been implementing since November 2025 a project "A strategy of association with the BCC ZP", co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Social Development Programme 2021–2027.

Objective of the project: to develop, implement and monitor the implementation of the Strategy encouraging association with the BCC ZP and employers' unions associated with the BCC ZP, aimed in particular at groups so far under-represented.

Our role in partnership: IZOB carries out the Strategy's tasks in the area of green economic transformation, bringing employers together around the idea of green corporate responsibility in cooperation with the BCC.

Partnership: Association of Employers Business Centre Club (leader), Polish Maritime Technology Forum, Association of Family Companies Initiative, Association of Employers IZOB.
