CNNOMATECH co-organizer of the WELD-TECH CLASS 2026 conference

We invite you to conference room 1 in Hall D at Bird Warsaw Expo on 2 September 2026. As part of the International Conference on Welding Industry, experts will present technologies for combining materials relevant to automotive, aviation, machine industry and energy.

15:00–16.00 — welding technologies

Krzysztof Siczek and Adam Rylski will discuss three groups of issues:

• use of welding to combine different aluminium alloys with other metals,
• problems when combining different nickel alloys with other metals,
• use of welding to combine different magnesium alloys with other metals.

The lectures will include MIG, TIG, FSW, laser welding and electron beam welding, selection of process parameters and reduction of porosity, cracking and other connection defects.

16:00-17:00 — quality starts with behavior

Piotr Michalik and Darek Dziuba will show how to launch bottom-up workers initiatives without bonuses and costly motivational programs. The starting point will be the results of six years of daily behavioral studies conducted in an iron foundry in Macedonia.

Participants will learn about the mechanism combining Fogg's behavioral model, internal motivation and collective habit. Speakers will also show how to measure changes in behavior patterns every 24 hours and detect problems before they translate into shortcomings, corrections, complaints, downtimes and losses.
