Green transformation is not only a regulatory requirement, but, above all, a chance to strengthen the business model permanently. Reporting standards (ESRS, GRI) and ESG rules redefine the rules of the game in the economy — the circular economy (GOZ) is at the heart of these changes as a key to reducing risks, increasing innovation and resilience of business. Therefore, we propose to companies a strategic diagnosis of readiness for green transformation, which will become a solid basis for process optimization, improvement of business model and building competitive advantage.
1. Preliminary audit - Conformity and potential assessment in the context of the ESG and the GOZOur approach is not limited to compliance !!! |
2. Identification of gaps and strategic opportunitiesThis is a crucial moment in which we verify not only "what needs to be improved", but above all "what can be used" to make GOZ and ESG an integral part of strengthening the business model. |
3. Recommendations - starting point for transformationWe treat GOZ not as an additive, but as one of the most important pillars of cost optimization, innovation and reduction of dependence on primary resources. |
The training aims to provide participants with the knowledge and tools necessary for the efficient management of raw materials and the transformation of business towards a Closed Economy (GOZ).
The program is aimed at entrepreneurs, managers, sustainability professionals, engineers, designers and all those interested in the topic of resource constraints and GOZ...
...............Business Process Nature Assessment (BPNA) is a diagnostic service to identify and classify organizational processes in terms of their unpredictability and intensity of knowledge.
