We have worked with EU grants since 2003. We only deal with investments’ grants. We prepare applications for Innovative Economy rnOperational Program (i.e. technological credit and implementation of innovation program) and regional programs. Our experience allows us to undertake non-standard, innovative and complicated projects.

Since 2003 our company has specialized in helping investors who prepare to realize their projects in special economic zones. Among our clients there were international concerns from Germany, USA, Holland, Italy, Sweden, Ireland and Japan as well as big polish concerns and those from the SMSC sector. The total value of the investments planned by our clients reached 1,2 billion dollars.rn

We act as a project’s manager: we ensure legal aid, tax counseling, we prepare documents as well as business plans required for a tender, if necessary, we organize financing and we control the process of the investment. This way we have completed almost 30 projects.

The basic advantage for entrepreneurs who realize their projects in SEZ is the possibility of receiving an income tax exemption for the investment’s costs paid in the SEZ – up to 70% of the expenditures. The amount of the exemption depends on the size of the company as well as on the size of the province. One can exercise the right to the exemption until the amount of the public support is exhausted.
